Not at all. You don’t need to know how to meditate or “do” anything perfectly. Simply arrive, rest, breathe, and receive.

For in-person sessions, bring water, comfortable clothing, and anything that helps you feel cozy. For group experiences, mats, blankets, or pillows may be provided depending on the event.
