Restorative Nervous System Reset

Virtual Qi Gong • Somatic Restorative Yoga • Meditation

This is a live, virtual movement and meditation class designed to support nervous system regulation, deep rest, and a sense of safety in the body. All from the comfort of your own home.

Through gentle Qi Gong, somatic restorative yoga, and guided meditation, we create the conditions for your system to soften out of stress and return to balance. Movements are slow, minimal, and fully optional, with an emphasis on listening inward rather than pushing or performing.

This is not a hard fitness class.

It’s a space to settle, restore, and gently recalibrate your nervous system. A gentle pause from the pace of everyday life.

Blended guided moments, open exploration, and space to reflect, so the experience feels both focused and fluid.

❋ Intentional Structure

Connection is a core part of the process. You’ll learn just as much from the group as from the content itself.

❋ Collaborative Energy

Led by an experienced guide who knows how to hold space, encourage participation, and keep things moving with purpose.

❋ Expert Facilitation

These classes prioritize comfort, safety, and respect, so you can show up as you are, and fully engage in the process.

❋ A Supportive Virtual Space

What You’ll Need at Home:

You don’t need much to participate, just a few simple supports to help your body feel comfortable and held:

  • A yoga mat or soft carpeted floor

  • Blankets or pillows for support and warmth

  • A chair or couch (optional, for seated or supported postures)

  • Comfortable clothing that allows easy movement

  • A quiet, cozy space where you can rest without interruption

You’re always welcome to adjust, pause, rest, or simply observe.

Your nervous system sets the pace.

What to Expect:

Gentle Qi Gong to encourage circulation, release stored tension, and support energetic flow

Somatic restorative yoga using slow, supported shapes to calm the nervous system

Breath awareness and guided meditation to support regulation and presence

A quiet, calm pace designed to be accessible

All bodies and experience levels are welcome. No prior experience is needed.

Set Intentions & Reflect

Together, we pause to consider our goals, hopes, and direction.

This is about aligning with ourselves and with the journey ahead.

This is a chance to reconnect with what brought you here, your questions, your hopes, your turning points & consider how they’ve shifted or deepened.
