What is distance energy healing?
Distance energy healing is a sacred energetic transmission that works beyond time and space. Energy doesn’t need to be in the same room to be felt. I tune into your energy field using intention, intuitive connection, and vibrational tools to help clear blocks, restore balance, and realign your frequency — all while you're in your own sacred space.
What do I need to do during the session?
Find a quiet, comfortable space where you won’t be disturbed. You can lie down or sit, light a candle if you'd like, and simply allow yourself to receive. You don’t need to meditate, concentrate, or “do it right.” Just relax. The energy will meet you where you are.
Do we meet live, or is it a silent session?
🔕 Silent Audio Session – You receive the healing at a set time, and I send you a detailed voice note - text - after with what came through.

What are the Akashic Records?
The Akashic Records are a vibrational dimension of consciousness that surrounds everyone and records every soul and all of it's journeys.
How will I know if I received accurate information?
It will feel aligned and resonate with you deeply. It will give clarity and make sense on a soul level. There will be a sense of heightened energy during and after the call.
Can I book a session for a family member?
Yes, please get their permission first. It can be very healing to the Ancestral line for more than one family member to have session!
