What is distance energy healing?
Distance energy healing is a sacred energetic transmission that works beyond time and space. Just like radio waves or Wi-Fi, energy doesn’t need to be in the same room to be felt. I tune into your energy field using intention, intuitive connection, and vibrational tools to help clear blocks, restore balance, and realign your frequency — all while you're in your own sacred space.

Find a quiet, comfortable space where you won’t be disturbed. You can lie down or sit, light a candle if you'd like, and simply allow yourself to receive. You don’t need to meditate, concentrate, or “do it right.” Just relax. The energy will meet you where you are.
Do we meet live, or is it a silent session?
