Foundational Support centers on nervous system regulation, embodied presence, and gentle lifestyle and body-based support informed by Ayurvedic wisdom.

These virtual consultations are, guided by what your system is ready for rather than a fixed protocol. Ayurveda is used as a contextual lens, not a rigid system. Supporting balance, rhythm, nourishment, and rest in ways that feel realistic and sustainable.

This is about restoring relationship with your body’s intelligence.

  • Simple, realistic lifestyle guidance with herbs and or flower essences tailored to your capacity
